Join us for a creative and meaningful animal-assisted workshop that celebrates the unique gifts, lessons, and strengths we discover through connection with animals.

Through observation, reflection, storytelling, and hands-on creativity, participants will explore what helps them shine. Spend time with the animals around the farm, noticing their unique qualities and considering the life lessons they may have to share. Each participant will create a beautiful mini sun catcher to take home as a personalized reminder of the qualities, values, and insights that inspire them.

This mindful experience blends animal connection, self-reflection, and creative expression in a supportive and welcoming farm environment.
