Drum Horse
Matilda
Matilda is an 8 year old Drum horse. This social butterfly is all about spending time with people. Her passions include food (eating is her favourite pastime) as well as destroying fences and gates and her newly discovered talent for rolling in dirt.
Matilda is a proud ambassador for Jann Arden's #horseshit campaign. Stand with Jann Arden and put an end to live export of horses from Canada to foreign countries to be slaughtered for human consumption. 100% of your support goes directly to the Canadian Horse Defence Coalition.

Likes: Tummy rubs, destroying gates and fences, long walks through other people's lawns, Swedish fish and taco shells, and of course, apples and carrots!
Dislikes: Being told what to do, running for more than 5 minutes, carrot cake on her birthday, pizza, strawberries and pineapple!
Alpaca
Jolene
Jolene was a rescue from a rescue. He is approximately 13 years old. He is the guardian of the herd and sounds like something from Star Wars when he sounds the alarm! He is a bit standoffish and prefers to observe from a distance. Originally named Prince Harry for his red hair and perfect smile, his name was changed to Jolene when the Dad from the show Modern Family got an alpaca named Jolene. (Watch That Scene Here)
Likes: When things stay the same, bite sized pieces of apple, molasses treats, and eating small bits of grain from your CLEAN hand.
Dislikes: He says no thank you to being pet, any food offerings that have been tainted by horse lips, having his hair done, pedicures, and change. He says no to stranger danger!
Mini Horses
Merlin & Mini Maltilda
Merlin is a palomino mini horse. At just 27" tall, he is smaller than the dogs here! He is a sassy fellow and is working on learning how to be a proper gentleman.
Mini Matilda is the fun sized version of big Matilda! She has the same about of sass + sweetness in a tiny package. She loves to meet new people and be groomed. Unlike big Matila, Mini Matilda is NOT a fan of tummy rubs.
KuneKune Pig
Waddles
Waddles is a sweet and gentle pig who loves to roam around and graze on the creekside. He is a gentleman and doesn't challenge fences or root like most pigs do.
Likes: Tummy rubs, cuddles during nap time, fresh fruits and veggies... who are we kidding?? He also likes pretty much any food that is offered to him!
Dislikes: Limes, Bok Choy and avocados.
KuneKune Pig
Pigasus
Pigasus, the caramel and black spotted, wiry-haired pig, and new best friend to Waddles joined our herd in the fall of 2023. He is a happy, rambuncious fellow who loves to vocalize his feelings!
Likes: Performing magic tricks like escaping from enclosed spaces, snuggles, jumping up like a dog for mealtimes and treats!
Dislikes: Being told "no", being picked up for hugs, and when you don't share your snacks with him

Karma
Karma is super lovey but can also be a menace! Affectionately known as Karmageddon or the Kraken… she can stir things up in a hurry! She is my shadow, and has a calm Zen like energy when she’s calm and sitting with you.

Orca is the sweetest pest you’ll ever meet! She’s constantly trying to engage the other dogs in playing with her! She has a pillow that she sucks on, and no one else is allowed to touch! She talks the most out of any of the dogs, and will gladly sing you the song of her people and tell stories all day long!

Ocean is a boss and her one true love is FOOD! She is super sweet and very smart. She learned early on that she can open doors and would happily let herself and the others outside when she felt like it! Watch your snacks around her because she will snatch them in a hurry!

RuPaul
RuPaul is the baby of the bunch. He is sweet, loyal, and loving! He has some stranger danger, and is a bit shy when he goes out and gets a bit overwhelmed at times. This giant guy has big feelings and is still trying to work through them.
