Our outdoor yoga classes at Namastables Wellness Centre invite you to stretch, breathe, and find presence surrounded by the gentle energy of our animals and the beauty of the farm. Led by certified instructors, each class offers a unique experience —whether it's under a shady tree, beside the paddocks, or in the quiet of our open-air barn. All levels are welcome, from curious beginners to seasoned yogis.

20/20/20 Yoga
A dynamic and balanced class designed to energize your body and calm your mind. The class will be held outdoors near the animals. This 60-minute session is divided into three distinct 20-minute segments:
- 20 minutes of movement to warm up and flow through energizing postures
- 20 minutes of strength-building to engage your core and support your body
- 20 minutes of mindfulness to guide you through breathwork and meditation
Perfect for those looking for a full spectrum practice that leaves you feeling refreshed and centered.
Deep Stretch & Relaxation Candlelight Class
Slow down, unwind, and melt into tranquility in this calming, candlelit experience. Set in an outdoor candlelit space near the animal’s, this gentle class focuses on long held stretches, deep breathing, and mindful rest. Ideal for releasing tension, improving flexibility, and cultivating inner peace, this class is a perfect way to reset, especially at the end of a long day. No yoga experience needed!

Let's ConnectJacqueline, founder of Namastables Wellness, focuses on providing wellness sessions and retreats through animal-assisted interventions in private one-on-one sessions, group wellness sessions as well by hosting monthly support groups. Jacqueline prioritizes the well-being of her clients and animals and refrains from providing medical or psychological treatment, however can refer clients to connect with a Registered Clinical Counsellor on the team if a more therapeutic level of support is needed.

Let's ConnectWith her background in Kinesiology and teaching group fitness, health and wellness have been a driving force in Shannon's life for as long as she can remember. Shannon is passionate about yoga and fitness and their power to bring joy and strength to all levels of participants; she believe that movement is medicine. Shannon brings a blend of supportive energy along with compassion to so that everyone can feel grounded and grow in their own unique fitness and yoga journey and is excited for this next adventure!
