This unique experience combines creativity, calm, and connection in a welcoming farm setting, allowing participants to slow down, be present, and enjoy the therapeutic benefits of spending time with horses.

Jacqueline, founder of Namastables Wellness, focuses on providing wellness sessions and retreats through animal-assisted interventions in private one-on-one sessions, group wellness sessions as well by hosting monthly support groups. Jacqueline prioritizes the well-being of her clients and animals and refrains from providing medical or psychological treatment, however can refer clients to connect with a Registered Clinical Counsellor on the team if a more therapeutic level of support is needed.
