The Namastables Vision & Mission
Rooted in compassion and held by the steady support of animals, we offer a gentle path to wellness through animal-assisted care. Our mission is to ease stress, restore calm, and uplift the spirit while honouring the full spectrum of mind, body, and heart.
Our team includes two Registered Clinical Counsellors, Jonathan Boudin and Kirsten Hargreaves, who offer trauma-informed therapy for children, youth, and adults.
In addition to our RCC's, we have on-site wellness facilitators who provide more casual, coaching-style sessions focused on stress relief, self-awareness, and meaningful connection.

Helping you Heal
Animal-assisted wellness is the practice of engaging with animals in intentional, therapeutic ways that nurture your mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
Our gentle herd, including horses, miniature horses, goats, pigs, ducks, and an alpaca, each provide grounding companionship in sessions that may include:
• Mindful grooming and touch-based connection
• Guided breathwork and grounding with animals
• Herd observation and reflective discussion
• Nature walks and outdoor presence work
• Reiki, goat yoga, sound baths and seasonal workshops
• Playful, sensory-rich activities that invite joy and ease
